I bought an E-ticket today, but I will not use it today. Can I use it next week?

No, an eticket is only valid on the date indicated on the ticket and can neither be changed nor cancelled.

Only exception is when you did not download the ticket. In that case you can contact customer service.

I will not use it because the class today is suddenly cancelled.
