I checked in last night in Apeldoorn for my train at 20:14 to Schiphol AirPort to change trains and go to my end destination of Goes. I lost my phone and couldn’t check out. I found my phone now, but wonder what happens with the payment and if you guys could check me out for goes. 

When you've missed a check out, you can go to reisoverzicht.ovpay.nl with your reference number that has 18 numbers and letters and deducted amount written down. After filling in these trip details, they will automatically offer you the opportunity to change your check out. A day after you've travelled you can find your reference number in your debit description.
