Incorrect ticket eticket

Hi I bought a ticket to an incorrect destination and had to buy another ticket to the correct destination which resulted in me buying a ticket I did not use, is it possible to get a refund for the other ticket since I have a ticket that shows I was going the opposite direction that same day?

If you didn't download the first ticket you can contact customer service. If you did download it no refund is possible because your claim that you didn't use cannot be verified.
