    The 10th of May is normal working day. By the way, also on public holidays you need to have a valid ticket, public transport is not for free on public holidays.

    Doesn't even have much to do with what holidays NS recognizes in this specific case. May 10th, the day after Ascension day, is simplay not a public holiday in The Netherlands.
