It should have been downloadable right away. You should additionally receive it via email within 20 minutes. If it's been lo ger than that, then the best is to call customer support at +31 30 751 51 55.

It takes some time, it is not right away. After twenty minutes contact Customer Service, 030 75151555. Check your junkmail before contacting Customer Service.

Sometimes it is wise to face reality. Wisdom is often more than truth.😇

When ordering via the English pages, you will receive your ticket immediately (after a successful payment).

This is a long oustanding issue. NS should really sort that out! There is no need to wait for any e-mail confirmation!

Sometimes it is wise to face reality.

Reality is that NS don't fix their bug, which causes people to fall in this trap again and again (the average user doesn't know this bug) and as a result NS also create extra pressure on their already overloaded customer service.
