Hello, i bought an off peak group ticket for 4 people few days ago from EIN to AMS (travelling today), but one of my companions suddenly fell ill and cannot travel with us today. Is there going to be a problem with that? If yes, what can be done?

This is only going to be a problem if he was the main ticket holder (“hoofdboeker”). The main ticket holder has to be present at all times. If he was the main ticket holder, the rest of the group needs to buy new tickets. If he was not, then the rest of the group can still use the tickets you already bought.
