Hello, I would like to know what to do if, in case of purchasing a ticket in the application, one ticket was not available, then another was purchased, but was charged for two tickets?

I recommend contacting customer service directly via social media, chat or phone. They can see what the possibilities are. In general, opened tickets can't be refunded but if the ticket never arrived they can look into this.
