I’m interested if its possible to get refund for day return ticket in case when ticket is not used?

Officially it's not possible to get a refund for unused e-ticket, as is stated in their terms and conditions.

That being said, if the ticket hasn't been opened or downloaded yet, my colleagues might be able to be of assistance still.
