I bought an off peak ticket by accident during the peak time. So I had to buy a new ticket. How can I get a refund for the ticket that I'm not using?

You could try to contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or Twitter. But usually you can't get a refund for e-tickets, because NS can't invalidate them, so you could still use the ticket. But maybe you're lucky 🙂

I'm curious though what kind of ticket you bought. There are no normal ‘off-peak tickets'.
