On 12th of July for Leiden - Rotterdam I accidentally bought a ticket with a discount. But when I realised it I got a full fare ticket to not get a fine. Is there possibility to request a refund of the discounted ticket that I haven’t used?

Please contact our customer service for this refund. Most of the time, if those tickets are equal, it is possible to get a refund.
