Refund because of no ticket send-out after online booked

Hi NS,

This morning I booked a ticket from Eindhoven to Tilburg at 11:21 as below information

My journey started at 11:21, but the ticket was sent to me at 11:30. So I cannot join the journey. 

Can you help to refund my money?

Please contact Customer Service. We do not have acces to your data and cannot help you. Tickets are not there immediately.

A ticket can be arrive after 20 minutes.

Ho pagato online tramite iDeal 4,70€ ma non ho ricevuto il biglietto del treno. Quindi ho dovuto pagare un'altra volta per ottenere il biglietto. 
per farla breve, ho pagato il doppio delle spese per ottenere un biglietto.

 Potresti ritrovare il biglietto che non hai inviato?

How unfortunate that you didn't receive your ticket. If you already bought a new ticket, please contact our customer service. You need to send both order numbers (which you can find in the payment details). If my colleague can see that you bought two identical tickets, you can request a refund for this.
