Dear Sir,

I booked the wrong date this afternoon.

Can I ask for return?

I booked ticket for today 15:51 from Amsterdam airport to Amsterdam central train this afternoon 15:40.

When I went to the ticket office, I found that it’s not today ticket. And I asked the train staff in airport for changing the ticket date, she told me I need to contact online service, and buy a new one for today.

I used the chat for agent service, but there is no response in the Chat. therefore, I write this email to ask your help, could I refund my ticket ?
