I purchased two discounted tickets by mistake because my ov chipcard wasnt working. They weren't useful at all. I had to buy another ticket to travel. How can get a refund on those 2 tickets?

In the case your discounted tickets were e-tickets there is no refund. You cannot purchase discounted tickets traveling alone when you chipcard is not working. You may have a refund of your fully priced ticket in the case your subscription is valid but not accessible. Ask Customer Service. Maybe you are in luck for the other tickets as well.
