Several Errors on Fare Charged to My Account

Hello. 

I have noticed several errors that EBS is making on my NS Card. 

For example, between Leiden Centraal and Katwijk, I was charged 6.77 while it should only be just 2.51.
From Ammonslaantje to Leiden Centraal 13.63 instead of the usual 2.07.

Can I ask for refund? These are not due to forgetting to check out.
