Please return me money for the ticket. Today I by the ticket, pay money, but that ticket didn't exist in my app

Did you check your email and junkmail? Did you follow the instructions? Did you enter a correct email address? When it cannot be delivered, your money will be returned within some days. You can contact Customer service.

    Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
