hello, i bought a ticket from Kampen to Amsterdam. I'm waiting for over 30 minutes to get the confirmation e-mail. So I don't have the ticket on my Phone. What can I do?

Are you sure that you entered the correct email address?

yes

It can sometimes take a little longer for an e-ticket to arrive. If you haven't received the ticket after 30 minutes, please contact Customer Service. They can take a look at your ticket for you.
