Hi, I have bought my ticket, but I do not receive it on my email.

What should I do?

In most cases the tickets will appear within minutes. Wait for 15 minutes and do have a look at your junkmail. When it is still not there, call 030 7515155. It is a 24/7 service. You may have given a wrong e-mailaddress. Other possibilities for contact are at Customer Service.
