Good afternoon,
On Tuesday I wanted to travel from Amsterdam to Ede-Wageningen with a group ticket at around 23.00. When I tried to scan the QR with my phone at the entrance, my credit card was activated and I was charged normally, without using the group ticket. Can I get a refund for one of the two tickets?

You can also correct it after 6 days via www.ovpay.nl. You need to fill in the same station for a full refund.
