Hi, I bought E tickets in NS website and receive an email to ask me for load the E ticket in NS app. I tried many times to press the button to load E ticket in NS apps but is still unable to do so even I already click the link and open link in website. How can I load it to NS Apps ? I can’t print it out during my trip due no printing facility.

How annoying that you are not able to load the ticket in the app. Did you try closing and perheps re-installing the app? If it doesn't work, I advise you to contact our Customer Service for help.


Zelfde probleem. Kan mijn tickets niet uploaden. Wat een zooitje die app zeg. Heb bij een copyshpp geprint. DOE HIER IETS AAN. S !


I have the same issue.  I have wasted so much time in trying to get this to work.  


It's still not working and I've deleted and reloaded the app! 😩

 

How is this still a bug?

After trying several things, I was able to load my tickets in the app using the Samsung browser on my phone. It was not working with Chrome, which is my default browser. I thought I would post this in case anyone else finds this message board and has the same issue. Perhaps try another (perhaps the native ) browser on your phone if you're using another one.

TL;DR

1. Copy the URL of the "load the e-ticket to app" button.

2. Open a browser that is NOT Chrome. Open an Incognito window and paste the URL you just copied.

3. Follow the page instructions and load (or print) the e-ticket.

4. If you have another ticket, close all the incognito tabs. Then open a new incognito tab, paste the URL of the button for the next ticket, and load/print another e-ticket.

I had the same issue. Chrome didn't work. I have two tickets and the first ticket was successfully loaded on another browser but the second one was not. Accessing to the URL to the second ticket redirected me to the page for the first ticket. It's probably some glitch related to the browser cookies (so do not reject them!). Using new incognito for each ticket would help.


Chrome should work. You should get the option to download (or print to/from PDF) and the second page will have the other ticket.
