I am trying to top up my ov card online,and website says error,any help is welcome please.

    You have to contact the ov-chipcard customerservice.

    Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden

    This seems to be an issue at OV-Chipkaart.nl

    As previously advised by @MoDe you better contact Customer Service of OV-Chipkaart.
