I have a German bank account and address, I already have a personal OV chipcard (will expire in a couple of months).
I want to add the flex altijd voordeel onto the card and also renew my ov. but I can't do this online due to my German address and bank account. I called and they weren't very clear.
What is the best option? How can I do this?

You need to order the subscription via our customer service. You can't order it online because then you need to pay with iDeal. My colleagues can order it for you.

+1You can order online if you can pay with iDeal. You could e.g. create a free Revolut account and use that for iDeal payment.
Customer service should also know that they themselves can also get you a subscription.
