I got an email saying that i had to pay 28e for the 1 of April. However, i don’t understand where this bill comes from as i have never spent that money with Ns, and I have never taken any subscription with NS.
Can you please help me?

If you have an NS subscription, for example NS Flex Basis, you will receive a monthly invoice.
If you do not know why you have been charged certain costs, I want to advise you to contact my colleagues of the NS Customer Service. They are happy to help you!
