The invoice amount appeared to me to high, so I looked at the details and found € 18,36 for an Unknown Check Out?
I travelled 14 minutes in a bus from Zaanstraat to Amsterdam CS, so it should be € 0,62 (the same as the way there).
Looks like I can't use checkout gemist, because according to the system that's not what happened.
How can a checkout place be unknown and what now?

A missing check in from the bus, tram er metro is normally € 4,00 and for the train it is € 20,00 (or less depending on your subscription). If you have found a missing/wrong check in or check out from another carrier, then you can get in contact with the carrier themselves.
