I have received an invoice in which there is a fee of 11.60 that translates to restitution and I would like to know how it occured. Thank you in advance.

We can't check your invocies here, I'd advise you to contact our customer service. However, if it's flagged as restitution, this might be a refund for a claim you've made recently. To be sure of that, do contact customer service.
