Kids OV card

I ordered two Kids OV cards on-line and I received the physical cards already. I have some questions:

-The cards are linking to my bank account, do I need to recharge money in it?

-How to active kids OV cards? WhenI try to proceed on NS website to add KidsVrij, the page saying 0.01Eur need to pay but payment is failed.

-How to change kid birthday registered in NS? NS website notified the kid birthday on the OV card is different from the date I registered ( I remember I filled correct date when I apply kids OV card).

With Kids Vrij your children travel free of charge. You don't need any balance on the card travelling by train.
If you've ordered the OV-chipkaarts with Kids Vrij, then you don't need to do anything. The product will be active on the card already. You don't need to reorder the subscription through the website again.
As for the date of birth, OV-chipkaart is responsible for producing the card. You can ask your last question there.
