I’m trying to subscribe to the package “Bestel Dal Voordeel”. And so, I need to put my personal data to create an account.
Though, when I’m filling “Your details” the site doesn’t accept the post code that I am entering, not letting me continue.
Can somebody help me, please?

To purchase a Dal Voordeel season ticket, you must live in the Netherlands and you must also have a Dutch bank account number.
There is no such requirement. To order online, a Dutch address and a bank account that does iDeal payment are needed. (Please note that's not the same as a Dutch bank account.)
I'm afraid with foreign data it will unfortunately not be accepted.
You can have a foreign address with an NS subscription. I had it for years.
