My subscription was cancelled beacause I forgot to pay an invoice. Apparently now I have to wait untill a debt collector contacts me, has this ever happend to you guys?
This happens when you do not pay in time, but only when the payment is long overdue. . It does not take long, there may be other matters, it is not weird at all. You need to pay your bill plus an extra amount of €40,00 for the collector. When your payment is processed, you can normally obtain a new subscription. You always need to pay the new subscription in advance.
I have changed my subscription on November 17 to NS Flex. This is the same date that the subscription would roll over for an other month. I received a bill for November 17 to December 17. Why? As i did change it onn Novenber 17. What do i need to do for this bill to be reversed?
