CHANGING PAYMENT


Hello,

how do I change the payment method from myNS? I have a OV chipkaart that I use for traveling. I used a foreign bank account and card to buy it at the very beginning. Now I would like to switch the bank account, to the Dutch one. I cannot find any way to do it from the app and from the website. Anyone can help?

Hi Riccardo Brondo,

It's kind of hidden. In Mijn NS (the website, not the app) click on your product:

Then click on ‘Change bankaccount':

You'll need to transfer € 0,01 to confirm your new bankaccount:

If this doesn't work for you, please contact Customer Service.
