Hi. I‘ve got a problem with payments for NS Flex subscription. When I receive Gestorneerde automatische incasso, my bank declined transaction because I had insufficient amounts of money. Now I topped up the needed amount of money on my bank account but how do I pay now? When will I receive Betalingsherinnering NS factuur? 

With the first mail about the gestorneerde automatische incasso you did receive an acceptmail. With this mail you can transfer the money to us. Otherwise you can transfer it manually.
