I have order new ov chip card on 14 November 2024 but not I did not get my card and for that ov chip card my subscription start from tomorrow, so upcoming Saturday and Sunday of mine will get waste. Because I have purchased ov chip card for weekend off means Saturday and Sunday for 4 week. Can you give me solution on that or give me free ticket this weekend for travell. Need proper solution

But see https://www.ns.nl/en/customer-service/refunds/refunds-when-you-forget-your-season-ticket.html to get a refund if your card arrives late (most likely to blame PostNL)

Thanks for the answer Robert. After reaching the customer service of the OV-chipcard you can also reach our customer service. My colleagues can give you couponcode's so you won't have to purchase tickets and ask for a refund.
