Refund for invoice

I changed my Weekendvrij (€31.6) to the felx basis (€0) but NS still deduct my money today with the amount of €60.2 i think there is a mistake.

My customer card is *verwijderd door moderator*

please respond to my complaint ASAP.

The widget at Mijn NS may show this, but fortunately the widget is often wrong when you changed subscription. Await your real bill, it is is general correct. You will probably have a refund. If it shows a negative amount, you do not have to pay this, a negative amount is a refund.

Remove your number, use the three digits. Everything is public here.
