I have a travel season ticket. I will be abroad from March 5 to June 14 and I would like to know if my season ticket will be changed anyway, even when I am not using the card. Otherwise, how can I suspend my season ticket during my time abroad?

Hi Maite,
You can change your subscription on March 5th to Flex Basis. This means no subcription costs, and of course no discount. On June 14th you can change it back to whatever subscription you have now.
Otherwise you will be charged, even if you don't use it.
