status of an unpaid invoice and card blocked

Good evening,

I am reaching out regarding the status of an unpaid invoice from last year. After moving abroad, I was unaware of a pending subscription payment of €5.60. Upon contacting NS customer service, I was advised that the matter might have been transferred to the incasso department. However, the incasso department has informed me that they do not have any record of this case.

Subsequently, I spoke with another representative from NS Customer Service, who provided me with the account number, the invoice number, the amount due, and the reference details to include in the payment. I paid the invoice.

Despite this, my invoice still apear as an unpaid my card remains blocked. I would greatly appreciate it if someone know how to resolve this issue and restoring my card's functionality.

It can take a few days for the payment status to be updated after a manual payment. If it's more than a week after you've paid, then ask customer service.
