My subscription has been ended because I did not pay the month of March but it was because I did not know when the money will be taking out from my account and the sold in the account was not sufficient but this will not happen again and I have paid all the invoices, so now I would like to do a new subscription for another one ,

You need to contact Customer Service, 030 7515155. We cannot help you here as we do not have access to your data. English is spoken. Normally the costs of your subscription will be deducted automatically. This probably failed and you paid another way. Customer Service has access to your payments and they may be able to trace it.
If you've paid everything you owe, then you should be able to get a new subscription. Have you tried?
