subscription not working

Hi I have paid 5.1euro fo the 40% discount on peak-off hours  subscription but the discounts haven’t been working. I use ns flex and I have been using them on the right time. wonder why

Hi there Heejeen and welcome to our Community.

One of the most frequent reasons is that NS Flex is not activated properly. I recommend contacting customer service so they can check what's wrong.
