Dear NS Customer Service,
On March 27, 2025, I travelled with my OV chip card. However, I believe that a correction fee of €50 has been charged. After checking the overview of my transaction, I noticed that check-in and check-out took place at exactly the same time (9:10 am in Groningen).
This seems to be a system bug as I made the trip and wasn't aware of a problem with my check-in. Can you check this and remove the incorrect correction rate?
