Hello,

I have booked a ticket from Goverwelle to Utrecht central. But later I have booked a group ticket from Goverwelle to Venlo.

Could you please help me to cancel the ticket from Goverwelle to Utrecht Central and refund the amount ?

NS is unable to invalidate etickets thus they don't refund them, as specified in the terms and conditions.

I booked an electronic ticket to go from Schachen to Alkmaar on November 13th, but because the morning appointments were cancelled, I couldn't go.

Assuming this is about the Amsterdam train controller strike.

If his delay was expected to be at least one hour, then he can get a full refund. Whether or not he could travel later is not relevant in such a case.
