Change dates


Hello,

I am an Erasmus student studying in Breda, Netherlands,me and my friends need to do a fieldwork for a university assignment and we need to go to Berlin, yesterday we bought tickets through 9292 and the dates are wrong, Can we change the date of the e-tickets? Or there is another solution?Also, I wanted to add that when we booked the dates were fine so we don’t understand why now its is wrong.

Normally you cannot change the date of an e-ticket, there is a lot of fraudulent use, and it it is impossible to check it has been used or not.. When you bought it, chances are little, but ask for liency at the company you purchased it from. See the note of ​@Daniel below.The best way is to travel on your card anyhow, and change plans.

@Thom The options for international tickets are different, depending on the type of ticket (which OP doesn't mention.

Though I'm wondering how OP managed to buy international train tickets through 9292?

Tickets with different prices have different conditions for change.

I can only buy tickets through 9292 to a station where I can catch the train to Berlin. Wich kind of tickets did you bought?

For information about the tickets you bought, you have to contact 9292.

9292 does not sell international tickets, contact the selling company.

I’m surprised to see 9292 offers a discount for a domestic journey (tomorrow)… 🤔
