
Dear NS Customer Service, This morning (April 4th), I was on the 6:44 AM train from Eindhoven to Den Haag. Just as the train was leaving the platform in Eindhoven, it made a sudden and unexpected stop. Unfortunately, I had a full cup of cappuccino placed securely on the desk in front of me. Due to the abrupt stop, the cup flipped over and spilled all over me, soaking my clothes and causing significant discomfort for the rest of the journey. I would like to request compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused. I can provide additional details or photos if needed.
