SIlent zone

Travelled today from Amsterdam to Eindhoven. Quite a sizeable group of teenagers completely disrespecting zilent zone, ignoring multiple requests of other passengers. Most certainly travelling with 2nd class tickets, while a lot of people had to stand. I requested conductor to intervene, but he didn’t do absolutely anything. This is outrageous, the tickets prices rise, but NS fails to even enforce their own tariff policies.
