I tried to change the bank account which is connected to my NS card.

I scanned the code and already paid 0.01 euros, but nothing happened.

The original bank account was Bunq account and I tried to change it into ING account.

I can see that it is still Bunq account.

Could you help me?

I have to change my bank account immediately. Because i have a problem with ns about my account so i have to change my bank account number.Otherwise ns authorities will be termination my ns subscriptions. So please what should i do now? And i need some time i already sent mail Where i make sure that in the following payment date i will pay every money so ineed a chance and i want to change my bank account details


i want to change my bank account but its not possible when i click on the link i face an error that say i should speak with customer service . 

i Phone them the complete my information but it doesn't


Hey Msamavat! I’d recommend contacting our customer service once more as they can help you with this issue! 


I had a similar issue with a Revolut bank account where an NS direct debit failed.

Trying to change the IBAN gave me an error, so I had to contact NS Customer Service. A few weeks later, I changed the IBAN back to Revolut and since then all is fine.
