It can happen that the journeys of other carriers have a longer processing time. To resolve this, you can try to remove your OV-chipcard and add it again in your Mijn NS-account. Sometimes the overview in your Mijn NS-account will then show the recent travel history. You can also check your travelhistory via OV-chipcard.

OV-chipcard  is not showing anything! Its a replacement card and I am fairly confident that there is a bug in the system that its not showing my history


If the website of OV-chipcard doesn't show your travelhistory, then you need to get in contact with them and not with us (NS). 😉
