Hi. I’m subscribing ns flex and gvb flex.

Gvb said i have to turn off the btm option.

I don’t know why so i wonder why and want to know how turn off btm option.

BTM stands for “bus, tram, metro”. You have to disable the BTM part of NS Flex because the GVB Flex part won’t be used, and you will be billed by NS for your rides with GVB. 

You will have to contact the customer service to disable the BTM part.
