disruptions @ ams centraal

I have an unlimited travel subscription between ams centraal and Hilversum, and because of the constructions at centraal (prorail) the direct journey is not possible. if I take the train from zuid to Hilversum, does the journey get covered by the subscription?

Preferably, if possible, you only check-in and -out at the start and end of your journey. It'd be like the redirection never happened and no extra costs will be billed.
If this is not possible however, you will be billed for the extra stops at first. However, because you pay for that specific route we'll reimburse you for the added costs.
If we can verify the situation of course, regarding the construction. 

Sadly this isn't an automated process, so you'll need to contact Customer Support and request a refund.

When travelling to/from Amsterdam Zuid, you will be billed for Weesp - Amsterdam Zuid or Duivendrecht - Amsterdam Zuid. Most likely there will be additional costs for the NS metro Zuid - Centraal.

Only checking out at Centraal is not possible because at Amsterdam Zuid you need to pass gates to get to the metro.

One GVB gate will be open for NS travellers, you need to check in/out at the mobile NS pole there, too (important!).

Alles hier post ik op persoonlijke titel, ben geen NS medewerker.
