Hi, I have paid for 5 eur/mnth subscription few days back and have not activated yet from OV chipkaart point. After doing further research, I am thinking of upgrading this to 31 Eur/mnth subscription. When i try to do it online, it is showing error “Unfortunately you cannot change”. Please provide pointers on how to do this.

Please contact NS Customer Service (phone, chat, Twitter, Facebook) to have it changed. The product to be picked up at a machine does not need any change for that.
