nieuw abonnement nog niet in Mijn NS

I bought a new card with the Weekend subscription. My subscription does not appear on the subscriptions page when I log into the account.

Did the subscription already start? With a new card it is not  visible rightaway, as it is not yet valid. Do you have the e-mail that confirmed your subscription at hand? You can find the starting day over there.
