NS Flex does not make postpaid monthly payments

Question

I chose the ns flex weekend package as below, but it did not pay as postpaid. Again, the payment took was from my current balance as prepaid. And I didn't get it at 40% discount. But I paid 2.5 euros and 10 euros for my monthly subscription fee. But NS flex is not working. I didn't get the discount. My membership started on August 19, but I did not get 40% discount on the weekend on August 19 and August 20.

Welcome to the NS Community!Seems like you wanted Weekend Voordeel (40% discount) for € 2,20 per month?There should be no € 10,00 charge for that, regardless if you already had NS Flex.Contact NS Customer Service (phone, chat, socials) to have that corrected.If you didn’t have NS Flex before, it needs to be activated on your card at a service point (train station or supermarket) Seehttps://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/en/service-points-finder
