Reis met correctietarief

Today while travelling from “Den Haag Laan Van Noi” to “Utrecht Overvecht”, in Laan Van Noi station, while check in, it did not work even after repeated tries. Then finally on again trying after 2mins it worked but it seems I checked out accidentally.

I received an email then with 50Euro correction rate, kindly check and please issue refund and the travel rate should be 13.80Euro from “Den Haag Laan Van Noi” to “Utrecht Overvecht”

Please note i did checkout at Utrecht Overvecht at 18:16 today. Kindly help.
