the first time I used my ov chipcard, I forgot that I pay monthly and I thought that I needed to top up so I can travel. I topped up my ov card with 40 euros and I thought that well they will get the travel cost from that so there is no problem, but the money was taken from my bank account and it seems that I can’t see my top up anywhere in my account! Can you help with that? Thanks

Money you loaded onto the card after activating NS Flex will not be used. Only credit that was on the card before you activated NS Flex will be deducted from the next invoice.
You can have the 40 euros that are on the card now paid out to you at an NS service desk.
