I am having trouble understanding how to check in and out of the train system and has thus incurred a large amount of errors in the invoice amount to hundreds of Euros. I have exceeded the number of times that I can claim a refund. I tried to contact the carrier as advised on the website. But when I called the customer service, they can't help me.
